Summary

The Supreme Court of Kansas found Jeffery A. Sutton violated the Model Rules of Professional Conduct in Counts III and IV. Counts I, II, V and VI of the complaint were dismissed. The panel recommended that Jeffery A. Sutton be disciplined by published censure in accordance with Supreme Court Rule 203(a)(3) (1997 Kans. Ct. R. Annot.201) for his violations of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct. It was further ordered that the costs of the proceedings be assessed to Mr. Sutton and that the order be published in the official Kansas Reports.
